Training & Capacity

What it is

Training that builds and maintains the competence the compliance function needs, and that produces the evidence supervisors increasingly expect. Several EU instruments now require training explicitly, for example for management bodies under NIS2, for staff under the AI literacy duty of the AI Act and the AML rules, and, in Portugal, as part of the compliance programme required by the RGPC.

Formats

• workshops: focused sessions on a domain or a specific obligation, for teams or management bodies;

• CAP, the Compliance & Accountability Plan: an annual continuous-training cycle, organised in 13 vectors over 52 weeks;

• certification: a structured learning path with a final assessment and a certificate of completion;

• mentoring: individual support for compliance officers, DPOs and channel managers in their first year or in new responsibilities.

Plans and prices

• Workshop: EUR 150 to 450;

• CAP: EUR 240 to 600 per year;

• Certification: EUR 300 to 1,200.

The ranges are indicative and apply per participant or per session, as set out in the proposal. In-company programmes are priced separately.

Evidence of training

Attendance records, assessments and certificates are kept in the Office, so the organisation can demonstrate to supervisors and auditors who was trained, on what and when.

How it works
