Cookie Policy

The cookies used in the complianceofficer.eu Office and how to manage them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Under the ePrivacy rules, as transposed in Portugal by Law 41/2004, cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you request may be used without consent; all other cookies require your prior consent.

Cookies used in this Office

  • strictly necessary cookies: set by our platform provider, Podia, to keep you signed in, maintain your session, remember essential preferences and protect the Office against fraudulent use. They do not require consent and cannot be disabled without affecting the operation of the Office;

  • analytics and advertising cookies: we have not enabled analytics or advertising tools in this Office. If we decide to do so, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any such cookie is placed.

External forms and websites

Requests, assessments and subscriptions are made through forms hosted by Jotform, and some links lead to other websites, including the official sources of EU law. Those websites set their own cookies under their own policies, which we recommend you consult.

How to manage cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in to the Office.
