The Office gathers the working materials that compliance officers use every day. They are organised by type and by regulatory domain, and updated when the underlying rules change.
checklists: short verification lists for recurring tasks, such as onboarding a supplier, responding to a breach or preparing an inspection;
templates: model policies, procedures, registers, notices and contractual clauses, also available as complete Implementation Kits;
manuals: practical guides that explain how to run each part of a compliance programme;
glossary: clear definitions of the terms used in EU compliance law, in English, Portuguese and Spanish;
cases: anonymised examples and summaries of relevant decisions by courts and supervisory authorities;
bibliography: official sources, guidelines and reference publications for further study.
