Implementation Kits

Ready-to-use policies, procedures and templates by regulatory domain.

At a glance

Implementation Kits in four points

Complete documentation

Each kit contains policies, procedures, registers and forms, templates and an implementation guide.

All twelve domains

Kits cover each of the twelve EU regulatory domains, with dedicated NIS2 and DORA kits and multi-domain bundles.

Kept up to date

Documents are updated when the underlying rules change during the agreed subscription period.

How it works

Kits and adaptation level are confirmed in a proposal, and documents are made available in the Office once the order is invoiced.

What it is

Ready-to-use documentation that lets an organisation implement the requirements of a regulatory domain quickly and consistently. Each kit is grounded in the applicable EU instrument, adapted to national implementation where relevant, and written to be understood by those who must apply it.

What a kit contains

  • policies: the governing documents that the regulation or good practice expects;

  • procedures: step-by-step processes, with roles, deadlines and records;

  • registers and forms: for example, records of processing, incident registers, case registers or third-party registers;

  • templates: notices, contractual clauses, reports and communications;

  • implementation guide: how to adapt, approve and roll out the documents, and how to evidence their application.

Available kits

Kits are available for each of the twelve EU regulatory domains, with dedicated kits for NIS2 and DORA, whose documentation requirements are particularly extensive. Multi-domain bundles combine kits that share processes, such as incident management, third-party risk and training.

Plans and prices

  • Kit: EUR 300 to 900;

  • NIS2 or DORA kit: EUR 450 to 1,200;

  • Bundle: EUR 1,200 to 2,500.

The ranges are indicative. The final price depends on the domains, the level of customisation and any adaptation support requested.

How it works

We confirm the kits and adaptation level in a proposal. The documents are made available in the Office once the order is confirmed and invoiced, and they are updated when the underlying rules change during the subscription period agreed.
