Compliance Assessment

What it is

A structured assessment of where an organisation stands against the EU and national requirements that apply to it. It answers three questions: which rules apply, how far the organisation complies with them, and what must be done first.

Three levels

• Express: a free online questionnaire that identifies the regulatory domains applicable to the organisation and points out the most urgent gaps;

• Assisted: a guided assessment with one of our specialists, based on interviews and a review of key documents, concluded with a short findings report;

• Gap analysis: a full assessment by domain, with evidence review, a risk-rated list of findings and a prioritised action plan with owners and deadlines.

Plans and prices

• Express: free;

• Assisted: EUR 450 to 1,500;

• Gap analysis: EUR 1,500 to 4,000.

The ranges are indicative. The final price depends on the number of domains, the size of the organisation and the number of sites, and is set in a tailored proposal.

Deliverables

• applicability map: the domains and instruments that apply, with the reasoning;

• findings: gaps classified by risk and by regulatory consequence;

• action plan: prioritised measures, with quick wins identified;

• executive summary: a short report for the management body.

How it works

The Express assessment starts online. For Assisted and Gap analysis, we agree the scope in a proposal, the work starts once the order is confirmed and invoiced, and the results are delivered and stored in the Office.
